- Meditation 1: Hold your hands together while touching your heart area, It’s the seat of soul. Take deep breaths and exhale, relax and feel gratitude, lots of gratitude. This practise will improve your energy and allow a greater connection to soul. A good connection to soul is purposeful in your life because it raises your vibration to attract new and positive life experiences.
- Meditation 2: This meditation feels like an internal massage and is comforting: Relax your body, rub your hands together vigorously for 5 seconds and relax them on your lap palms facing up. Feel any sensations? This is your energy. Shift your attention from the hands to the elbows, the energetic sensations will flow there. Continue doing this throughout your body. By doing this, you are guiding the flow of energy using intension and focus. Notice if there are any fluctuations in the energy as you move your focus. Set your attention on the part of your body that needs healing and the energy will flow there. Positive energy is a good feeling, its healthy and feels happy. Negative energy doesn’t feel good.
